A little about me

I'm Chloe (Hyunjoo) Lee, a frontend engineer with 7 years in web development and 5+ years focused on frontend.

I build commerce interfaces and authentication flows, with a focus on making them easy to use.

How I work

I define how interfaces behave across different states and build reusable components that teams can maintain.

I work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to clarify requirements and build interfaces that are ready to ship.

Frontend Engineer · Authentication, membership, and seller analytics

What I worked on

Built a shared SMS flow for three verification purposes, integrating popup, iframe, and native-app completion with token-expiry recovery.
Consolidated desktop and mobile phone verification and connected multi-step signup, social login, and key-based email verification.
Built a five-tier membership interface with server-side data loading and tests for tier eligibility and coupon details.
Integrated seller-portal SSO into the ad analytics app, handling authentication callbacks, token setup, and return navigation with URL decoding and retry limits.
Added Cypress E2E tests for seller analytics, using reusable SSO login helpers and API mocks to cover filtering, report exports, empty states, and authentication failures.

What I worked on

Built livestream gifting animations with CSS transforms and existing Firestore subscriptions for web and app WebViews.
Rebuilt the post-purchase WebView from JSP into an SPA, adding seller recommendations, deals, and first-purchase coupons based on customer status.
Built a Next.js content-management admin with TypeScript, React Query, and shared Chakra UI components, replacing server-rendered templates.

Migrated JSP admin pages to React, TypeScript, and Recoil.
Built Vue 2 travel and accommodation purchase flows for desktop, mobile web, and app WebViews, integrating Kakao Pay.
